Free Shipping
Our Free Shipping policy will only apply to the standard shipping method, wich exceeds the amount of 100 euros. Any expedited shipping requests will be charged for the full price of shipping. If expedited shipping is needed, please include an email with your purchase information with requested shipping method and needed date of delivery.
Standard delivery
- Up to 5 working days for delivery on in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
- All orders placed after 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
- Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods during this period. A signature will be required.
- Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
How can I track my delivery?
If the tracking information is not available within the time frames outlined below, please contact our customer service team via email for help.
Registered airmail: The tracking information takes 5-7 working days from the time of shipment to update online. Please try to track your order after 7 business days to get your package status.
